At the crossing of Barona and Dārza iela in 2010, a new environmental object - a giant ant made of metal and stone - was unveiled. The author of the environmental object is a stonecutter living near Cēsis, whose stone and metal works are different and unique. 

The environmental object invites the locals of Sigulda to learn from the ants that do not abandon anything that might be useful in the household and to recycle rather than throw away the waste which can be reused and experience another life.
