Architectural monument of local importance, number of state protection 8494. The building was built in 1900 on the bank of the Gauja old valley and it is a typical example of a Sigulda resort. 

It is known that in 1925 Rodrigo Kalniņš, the actor of National theatre managed the household. In the 1930s, however, a boarding house with neatly furnished rooms, a sleeping hall, and a bath was run by M. Priedīte (Jureviča). Since 1934, the building is owned by Neimanis family.
