Villa Marija
The house in the former Kūrnama boulevard belonged to Alexeyev - director of "nitra" or washing powder factory, whose Godson was the owner of the porcelain factory Kuzņecovs. The Alexeyevs stayed in Sigulda during the summer seasons.
