Organizing and managing team building events for collectives. The teambuilding adventure is organized in groups starting from 10 people, in a special place by nature – in cooperation with the leading specialists of their field from “Atklāj sevi” (www.atklaj-sevi.lv - "Discover Yourself")

LEVEL 1 - Energized together

The first level consists of inspiring and motivating adventure for the collective, keeping the key moments in creating and retaining that feeling.

LEVEL 2 – Team building and searching for a true potential

More challenging path, for those who are familiar with one another and have an experience, but existing patterns begin to entrench, settle down, and limit the potential of having a different approach and outcome.

Duration: 4-12 hours

LEVEL 3 – Journey inside the collective heart of light and darkness

A journey not for the faint-hearted – serious exercises, where the absolute of team cooperation and endurance is required to prevail through the challenges, prepared and tailored for the necessities of the team. The minimum length is 2 full days.

Suitable: Up to 32 people, in groups up to 16 people.
